Stat-fight: LG Optimus 3D vs. HTC EVO 3D

How large are these two phones? The EVO 3D is the slimmer of the two phones with a depth of 11.9mm. The Optimus 3D is wider, measuring 68.0mm to the EVO 3D’s 65.0mm. Neither phone is supermodel slim. Put them on the scales and the EVO 3D is slightly tubbier than the Optimus 3D, weighing in at 170g. The Optimus 3D is 2g lighter at 168g.

Display size is key and the Optimus 3D features a 4.3-inch (480 x 800) touch-sensitive 3D LCD. The resulting pixel density of this handset is 216.977 pixels per inch.

The EVO 3D’s touch-sensitive 3D LCD is exactly the same size as LG’s handset. It boasts a better screen resolution too – 540 x 960 pixels (qHD). With 518400 pixels onscreen, the pixel density is 256.047 pixels per inch.
